TERM & CONDITIONS

•  All rates are inclusive of Raw Material, Conversion charges, testing charges, packing material etc. GST as applicable, Freight, will be paid by party.
• Rates are ex-factory and goods will be dispatched through transport of your choice on to pay basis.
• For Tablets & Capsules per product Rs.1500/Color- will be charged for cylinder
• Rates are based on present day input cost and valid for 5 days.
• Goods once sold will not taken back, only in case of manufacturing defect.
• 30% advance is to be paid at the time of order and rest 70% is to be against delivery.
• 1st time product will be delivery after 40 to 50 days after design finalization & receipt of advance. Repeat order will be ready within 35 to 40 days of confirm order.
• All disputes are subjected to Roorkee jurisdiction only.
